Respected Sir,
I am writing this to u because as of the vehicles theft in our area. It has incrase the level of accidents in our area and also the rush and crowd and traffic jarms in our area.
Many youths and students are riding the bike at higher speed which causes many accidents. Recently , a boy of 15 years has been killed in a bike accidents which he was riding at 80 speed .
Please help us and allow some strict rules against all them .Its my humble request to you that you should take this problem sereiously.
