Subject: Menace of stray cattle on roads.

Respected Sir/ Ma'am

I am writing this letter to highlight the menace of stray cattle on the roads of Delhi. The number of stray animals is increasing every day.

The cattle cause accidents and often cause traffic jams when they sit in the middle of the road. They litter the roads with dung. They are often see destroying gardens and eating fruit and vegetables from the carts of vendors.

The Delhi municipal authorities must prevent this menace by rounding up the cattle and putting them in cow sheds. Cattle owners must be fined heavily and given due punishment.

I do hope this letter will make the authorities aware of this problem, which causes a lot of embarrassment and inconvenience to the people traveling across the city.
