Subject: Inconvenience Caused By Prolonged Road Repair Work During Monsoon

Sir:

I am writing to your good-self to bring to your attention the inconvenience being faced by the residents of Green Enclave, especially during the monsoon. The Municipal Corporation laid new sewage pipes in our colony many months ago. However, the roads were left unrepaired afterwards. We wrote many letters requesting the concerned authorities but to no avail. Owing to the poor conditions of roads, everyday there is a mishap of some sort. During the rains, the situation becomes the worst. Vehicles get stuck miserably in the mud.

I on behalf of the residents of the area appeal to the concerned authorities to relieve us of the inconvenience we have been facing for so many weeks. Our children, elderly, and other people are getting hurt every day, not to mention the harassment we are constantly facing. Kindly give my views enough space in your esteemed daily so that it catches the attention of the authorities. Thanking you.

Yours truly,

Ranvir Singh

Subject- Letter concerning inconvenience caused by construction of roads during monsoon season.

Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority about the inconvenience caused to the people because of the construction of the roads in the middle of the monsoon season. The roads constructed during this season also proved to be less durable. Hence, it is costing both resource and manual labor.

Hence, it is the need of the hour to look into the issue and find alternatives to them. I hope that through your newspaper the issue would be considered and looked upon as soon as possible.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours truly
