Sub: Importance of obeying traffic rules
Sir:
I am writing to your esteemed self to express my deep concern over the alarmingly increasing incidents of violation of traffic rules, which is causing countless accidents every day.
Owing to the growth and development of the economy, per capita income of the people has grown manifold. The recent survey on maximum number of car ownership has confirmed the maximum number of cars and bikes in our city. What disturbs the most is educated people flouting traffic rules. In their hurry or excitement they often jump red-lights, indulge in over-speed, don’t wear seat-belts, and overtake from the wrong side.
If the growing number of accidents on roads is to be checked and if safety for all is to be ensured, each one must obey basic traffic rules. I appeal to the concerned authorities through the medium of your esteemed columns to look into the issue and do the needful.

Dead sir,
I feel constrained to bring to your notice that the people are daily disobeying the rules of traffic and transportation.
It has become now a fashion and trend not to wear helmets and just move on ignoring the traffic police man and advices while travelling in the road . They call the death of themselves also and also for the one who obey all the rules . the drive there cars roughly and cause accidents with the one being innocent . Last year in our locality such 22 accidents occurred which took away the lives of 54 .
Under such circumstances I on behalf of all the victims of this problem requests you to take necessary steps.
