I am a resident of Prayagraj , Uttar Pradesh and I have been noticing the pitiable condition of the means of communication , i.e , the roads since a long period of time . The authority has been informed about this condition , a hundred of times and the District Collector came to inspect the whole area as well . But , there was no scope for betterment . Now , if you find this piece of writing a publishable one , then our problem would be brought to light at last .
