Subject: Complain against irregular supply of water
Respected Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I woul like to highlight the problem of water scarcity in this locality due to irregular water supply.
For the last three weeks our locality is receiving very low quantity and irregular supply of water which is not enough for our daily basic needs like cooking and drinking. The few wells available in the area has dred up as they are not enough to meet the demand of so many people. The residents here are being compelled to buy water at exorbitant rates.
Therefore, I earnestly request the concerned department and the authorities to look into the matter urgently and immediately restore regular and unterrupted daily supply of clean water since the people of this locality are facing untold hardship.
Yours sincerely,

Subject: Complain for inadequate water supply
Respected Sir,
Through the columns of your prestigious newspaper, I would like to attract the attention of the relevant authorities, particularly the water supply department, to the inadequate water delivery in our neighborhood. I would appreciate it if you could print my letter in your publication.
The residents of our neighborhood have been having problems with the inconsistent water supply for nine days. The real fixed hours for water delivery in our area are from 8 to 9 in the morning and from 4 to 5 in the afternoon. However, there is no definite time from these 9 days. Because there was inadequate water for bathing and cooking, individuals experienced challenges before heading to work, school, or college. If not, water arrives for just a half-hour, making it impossible for many people to save enough water, and the pressure is so low that water does not effectively reach those who live on higher levels.
The water supply department has been contacted, however they have not responded in a serious manner. I'm hoping that after they get this message, the appropriate authorities will move to address the issue as quickly as possible.
I look forward to your kind help and active cooperation.
Yours truely,
Rakesh
