Respected Sir,

Subject : The impact of modern transport system and telecommunication on health and environment.

                I wish to bring to your notice that the impact of the modern transport and telecommunication is not very good for the environment. Its influence on the rural and urban population is also not very conducive.

                The transportation system creates air pollution and contributes to global warming. As you are aware, many environmentalists are asking for a transition from air and road to rail and human powered transport. There is a need to increase transport electrification and energy efficiency.

                The negative impact on health is also a matter of concern. Recent studies have shown that noise and carbon monoxide emissions have direct and indirect effects which are harmful.

                I will be very grateful, if you could promote awareness about these problems and work for the implementation of suitable measures to get rid of them.
