Sir,

Through the thought inciting columns of your estimable newspaper, I'd like to draw the kind notice of the concerned authority towards the surging issue of increasing environmental pollution in our city.

Nowadays, environmental pollution is on increase as people are unconscious and less bothered about the same. In our city, innumerable vehicles are there emitting poisonous pollution. Moreover, people throw their domestic garbage either on roads or in rivers.

Establishment of new factories and industrial units in the city, pollution is increasing constantly. These factories are emitting their dirty water in rivers, cutting trees and emitting poisonous gases from chimney. All these activities are increasing environmental pollution.

The concerned authority should implement strict rules so as to prevent such unfavourable condition. Cutting of trees must be stopped. There is mandatory need of quick steps by the concerned authority.

I hope you would surely give enough space to my letter in your widely circulated newspaper so as to make every citizen and the concerned authority aware about the same.
