Sub : Inconveniences faced by people due to traffic jams

Sir,

Through your esteemed daily, I would like to express my concern about the inconveniences caused by people due to traffic jams in metropolitan cities during peak hours everyday.

The roads of the cities become crowed with vehicles during peak hours that a long traffic jams happens. Millions of working hours are wasted everyday due to traffic jams. Even sometimes, many road accidents happen . For gathering many vehicles, air pollution is caused due to the smoke of vehicles. In fact , people suffer from various diseases. For waiting in traffic jams , workers & school students lose a lot of time .

On behalf of the residents of Kolkata, I humbly request you to pass on this information to the concerned authorities and look into the matter as soon as possible.
