With full respect, I would like to draw the attentions of NDM commissioner towards the problem of stray dogs roaming freely in our locality through your newspaper . Stray dogs population is increasing day by day and it is gaining more and more attention in our
locality.It's getting dangerous for children to play out the house because some of the dogs out of nowhere attack the people. There are 2 to 3 people that are bitten by them and got admitted to hospital. It's getting hard to walk in our locality without fearing. Whenever a person passes by the dogs they follow them or bite them. They spread all the garbage that are kept on the side of the street so on the next day sweeper can take it. Because of them many diseases spread.I'm doing all of this because this matter is out of our tolerance now.Everyone in the loc
