Subject- complaining about the lack of facilities for sports in your city.
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
From the esteemed column of your newspaper I would like to bring your attention towards the the lack of sports and recreational activities in the city.
The sports club in our city has few goods such as badminton court, tennis courts, few indoor games chess, carrom and mainly all fence are torn. Most of the people bring their own items.
We would like to get more facilities in here since we have big ground. We kindly request you to provide us with some balls, a sport hall, pavement for jogging, golf court.
And yeah!, most importantly many of the old people do morning walk so they need proper and bright and light. So, please see that this letter would be published in your newspaper.
I hope this letter will awaken the local council to serve our city sports club in a better way.
Looking for a prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
AngelicSmile

Subject: Need to clean Manavta Nagar.
Sir,
Through your elite newspaper I would like to draw attention of local authorities of Manavta Nagar towards the unhygienic conditions in Manavta Nagar.
The roads of the locality are filled with polythene bags and dirt. As you know that it is the rainy season these bags choke up the drainage which worsens the condition. There are germs and insects breeding all through our locality and this is a cause of illness among the residents specially the children.
Hence, through this letter I would request the concerned authorities to get the locality cleaned as soon as possible and also arrange for pest control.
Yours truly
