Sir,
I kindly want to divert your attention on the above mention subject. People in my locality are very fond to loud music and loud speaker but it's just creating noise and disturbing people. There are many typesof people living in many different house some are very old and some are very young and few of them ill which creates a lot of problems the old one may be suffering from heart or any else disease which creates bad impact on them the young one are small this may hurt their ears and cause further problems.
I would be really thankful to you if you take this topic up in your news paper.
