Sir,

I'm requesting you to kindly allow me a little space in your esteemed daily in order to draw people's attention on cruelty to animals.

There are many forms of cruelties on animals. Some of the most common forms are scientific research, abandonment and ill-treatment. Some animals are put through harsh treatment in the name of research. Few companies go as far as to insert metal wires in the different body parts of animals for research. They are being killed far more than the basic needs.

A strong law is required for protecting the rights of animals. By this they can be saved from man's greed and selfishness. Then the balance of nature can be maintained.
