Subject: Complaining about bad roads and rains in your locality.

I Mr Zaid Shaikh a responsible member of Lakshmi Nagar locality is writing out this letter to you to draw your attention towards the bad condition of roads in our locality during the rains.

The rains bring a lot of trouble for us along with it. The sewage system too isn't properly planned up. The problem starts becoming headache from the day water logging starts in the locality. The potholes is yet another matter of concern during the rainy season. The residents face troubles even walking around forget the problem faced by people travelling on vehicles. The elder people and children even fall down due to potholes. The children face problem while going to school, elderly people face problem while they go for a walk in the park. In short each and every one is facing problems due to the careless attitude of the management towards the area.

The problem is faced every year and no actions are taken for it. I hope this time our efforts will be of value, I, on behalf of the locality request you to make our problems reach out to the corporation via your prestigious newspaper.

Yours sincerely,

Zaid

Sub: Bad roads and drains in Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur

Sir,

I want to draw through your newspaper the attention of concerned authorities to the bad condition of the roads and drains in Gandhi Nagar. The roads are in bad condition. There are pot-holes in them that invite accidents. Drains are mostly choked and the dirty water flows on the roads causing great inconvenience to the people and damaging the roads further. Cleanliness of the drainages and sewerage should be cared for by authorities timely. Old pipes should be shifted. Sweepers appointed for road cleaning should do their work properly. Quick maintenance should be done. We expect you to kindly highlight this problem through your prestigious newspaper and oblige.

Thanking you

Yours truly

Prakash Jain
