critical condition of health in rural area.

I am student. sir I want you to know about the critical conditions of health in rural areas. the who are living in the rural areas are dying

our government should take some actions against it. government should supply food in the rural areas. or shift the rural people in clean and safe place where there is no dirty Ness. proper food should be supplied.the condition is worse of the rural people.i want that you could write an article in your newspaper describing about the conditions and taken actions against it. I thought that you will understand me.
