                Sub: To Publish an Advertisement on changing of Name.

  My name was Raman Mohan. I have changed my name to Ramanujan Mohan in my certificates through government gazette. As part of the final requirement of the changing my name, I want to publish the same in the newspaper. Please publish the matter as advertisement in your newspaper. I am attaching the copy of the Gazette Publication, the matter for publication and Receipt for the advertisement charge. Please give instruction to concerned desk to publish the same.
