Dear Sir,
Sub.: Public Transport.
I would like to state my views on the public transport in my place, that
is, Mumbai. I’m a resident of this place
and I have not seen any major changes happening with regard to the public
transport. We are mostly dependent on
trains and buses, the fare of the two seems to rise every year but the quality
of service is still the same “poor”.
We have to wait for hours for the buses or trains. It is always packed because of this less
frequency and when it rains, we don’t have to go out; we will get drenched
standing inside the bus. Government keeps
announcing that so many numbers of new buses and trains have been bought but we
hardly see one or two.
I request you to please publish this letter in
your newspaper so that, the heads in transport services gets to know the real scenario
of our problem and gives a solution.
Thanking you,
Your’s sincerely,
DEEPAK SHARMA
