Subject: Awareness about the Evil of Superstition

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to highlight the issue of increasing evil superstition events in our society . We live in the twentieth century but still superstitious is prevail even among the educated classes. Some of their superstition are quite unhealthy. They lead to many other social evils. Through the column of your reputed newspaper I would like to aware people from evil effects of Superstitious believes .We must develop scientific thought and logical reasoning . Only then can we be truly developed nation .

People seem to believe that superstitions influence events by changing the likelihood of currently possible outcomes rather than by creating new possible outcomes.

There is nothing good that can be said about Superstitious. The society is most harmed when rational thinking people keep quiet on this issue. It's an appeal to all the rational thinking people should come forward and create awareness among the masses about the evils of superstition. For this to happen, the entire society has to get awaken and rise up against such practices.

It's high time that people from all walks of life develop a scientific temper to do away with superstitions. Eradicating superstitions should be taken as a serious challenge, otherwise superstition free India will remain as a distant dream.

It's not a child's play to eradicate superstitions from our society which are deeply rooted since ages. For this change should be brought in the mindset of people through a gradual process.

I am hopeful you will give my ideas enough space in your newspaper. Thanking you.

Yours sincerely
