I am writing this letter to you to the express my concern and anxiety over the increase in road accident in cities of India.
it is very regrettable that we we have grown caution to the winds and are there insensible while driving or walking on the roads the rise in total number of roads accident in the past six years in education in that is nothing but or nag leagans and breaking of basic traffic rules that has lead to this regularise in the number of accidents.
