Respected sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, we wish to draw the attention of the government towards the worsening roads and traffic conditions in our. area in ( name of your place).
Recently, there was an accident at our place. The reason behind was the worse condition of the road as unknowingly a car had stuck into a hole which was on the road and a truck suddenly crashed with it. The truck driver along with people inside the car died at the spot. All the peoples nearby surrounded the place and when the case goes on the police told that the reason behind it was the worsening condition of roads and traffic. This is as a result many unknown people died while going through this road.
Therefore, I on the behalf of my colony
request you to throw the the headline on it so that the government would know our condition and solve it.
Anticipating your favourable and swift response.
Yours faithfully

Subject: The worsening road and traffic conditions in our area.

Dear Sir/Madam,

with due respect, I'm Ankit from the sector 14, Chandni Chowk New Delhi. I would like to say that the condition of our area's road and traffic is getting worse day by day, the roads have large holes which leads to some serious accidents and results in heavy traffic jams. The employees, working people, and schoolchildren are getting late to their destination due to this worse road and traffic condition.

As an aware citizen and a society's secretary, I am humbly requesting you to please take concrete action towards this problem.

Thanking you!

Yours sincerely

Ankit

Society's Secretary
