Dear Sir,

In columns of your newspaper I want to draw your attention of the higher authorities towards problem

    of beggars in our city.

Numbers of beggars has increased everywhere. No street is free from beggars. They are also found in hospitals and outside schools and colleges. When you come out of your home they start begging. They are young healthy fellows who are seen as beggars. Small childrens are forced for begging. They encourage others for begging because it's an easy way of income.

They also do criminal deeds. Steals thing and cheating in shops and offices. They have many criminal groups. Female beggars enters houses quietly and steals things.

Government should check social evil red handed and public should help the authorities to end this evil practice.

Thanking You                                                                                                                                     Your's faithfully

                                                                                                                                              Sumit Das

Subject: Problem of beggars and some solutions

Dear Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to express my deep concern over the problem of beginning in our country. Begging, like many other problems is peculiarly a typical Indian problem. One will find beggars almost anywhere. However, at places of religious importance, touristic importance, and at traffic lights, beggars abound annoyingly. These beggars often make one feel bad. Their presence in the country reminds us constantly about the millions of poor people who have to beg for their survival.

The Government at the state and central levels must make schemes to help these beggars. People and welfare organizations must also contribute in rehabilitating these impoverished people. In order to discourage begging, it should be banned. The people should also stop giving alms to the beggars.

We must not discard beggars as useless people; we should rather help them become self-reliant in earning a decent livelihood for themselves. Through the medium of your esteemed daily I appeal to the Government to look into this and do something for the beggars.

Yours truly,

Sudanshu
