I am writing to you to bring to the notice of the chairman the ABC shop is selling goods above the set MRP .I am requesting that you pay a visit to to the shop to clarify what I am saying .I realized this when i visited their store on Kohima town recently .I am looking forward to your quick action on the matter .

Subject: ABC Shop Selling Goods at Unfair Prices
Sir:
I am writing to your good self to bring to your kind notice that ABC shop is fleecing people of Kohima. It has been selling most of the commodities of the basic necessities such as rice, pulses, sugar, salt, flour, milk, etc. more than the MRP price written on them.
If anyone complains to him, he speaks very rudely and asks the customers to buy goods from somewhere else. Unfortunately, there are not many shops near his shop; and he takes undue advantage of this.
I on behalf of the local residents appeal to you to look into the matter and take action against this shopkeeper.
