RE: THOUGHTLESS USE OF LOUDSPEAKERS.
Dear sir
I write this letter in reference to the above mentioned issue of using loudspeakers aimlessly in our city. It has become so disturbing to the extent that we no longer concentrate at our places of work. Loud music in the city usually starts as early as 6 am! This is unbelievable. People can not even have enough rest because of the loud music coming from all corners of the town. Concerned officers should do something to this effect. Do they even consider students welfare? How is a child supposed to concentrate in class with such kind of noise? Kindly do something.
Thank you
Concerned citizen.

Subject: The Nuisance of Loudspeakers
Sir:
I am writing this letter to express my anguish and annoyance over the problem of loud speakers during the examination days. I am a student studying in +2 standard in a reputed school in the city. The final examinations are just round the corner. I am preparing very hard day and night. During the day the loud noise from speakers does not disturb and distract as much as it does at night. Especially at the weekends the nose from the loudspeakers is just unbearable. During the last weekend I could not study at all. As a result my stress and anxiety just hit the roof. In spite of the law prohibiting loud music playing beyond 11 o’ clock, people just violate the rules and regulations.
There are thousands of students like me who have to suffer on account of this problem. Besides, there are some old patients and new born babies in every locality who get affected by this noise pollution. I on behalf of all the students and general people of the city plead and appeal to concerned authorities to look into the matter and ensure proper peace after 11 p.m. so that we can study and sleep peacefully. I am hopeful you will give enough space to my views in your newspaper. Thanking you.
Thanking you,
Yours truly,
Tarun
