Subject:- Bad Condition of Hospital
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I beg to express my views about the bad condition of the hospital in our locality. The standard of service of the hospital has gone down and most people think it as the gateway to death. The outdoor patients have to wait for a long time. Very few doctors and trained nurses are available to attend the patients. Food served to the indoor patients is too poor quality.
Dogs share beds with patients in the hospital. Beds are always dirty. Patients didn’t have even life-saving drugs. X-ray machines are out of order for months together. Yet the authorities are trying to impose fees even for the outdoor patients and higher charge for the paying beds and cabins.
Under such circumstances, the government should take necessary steps to improve the overall situation. Public opinion should also be created through your editorial column. I, therefore, request you that give me a little space in your newspaper to publish this article. So that the government can take an immediate step to solve our problem. If you do so, I shall be highly obliged to you.
