Increases Stress Levels. The high frequency of cell phone use can have negative effects on our stress levels. The constant ringing, vibrating alerts, and reminders can put a cell phone user on edge. ... Overall, excessive cell phone use can be a risk factor for mental health issues in young adults.

Respected Sir,
Subject: Bad effects of using mobile phones.
I'm (y/n) writing this letter in order to express my deepest concern on the drawbacks of mobiles. Everything has it's own drawbacks. We have to be aware of them and try to use them in a way that is beneficial to us. This is not seen in the case of mobile phones. Increased use of mobile phones leads to increase in stress, insomnia, high blood pressure and obesity in children, defects in eyesight, poor family relations, poor social relations which may turn harmful in due course of time.
I request you to publish the same in your paper in order to create more awareness among the people and to help build a better country.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
(y/n)
Hope it helps you.
