Respected Sir,

The winter has struck Delhi very badly. The temperature is just over 3 degree Celsius on an average. The cold wave also started flowing over Delhi. The absence of adequate sunlight due to dense fog and the add-on of cold wave have drastically minimized the temperature. Even the AQI is also a reason behind these fogs.  

The temperature is getting worse but no measurement or minimum measurement has been taken so far to fight with that. I think there should be some more precautions need to be taken by the authorities. Please help the people of Delhi by conveying our concerns to the authorities.
