Sir, 
     Through Column of your esteemed newspaper I wish to draw the concern of public towards a serious incident.
      I'm sorry to say that In our area cases of chain snatching are increasing rapidly. thief snatch chains and sometimes citizens are also injured during this.There is a very unsafe environment and people are terrible to go outside wearing jewellery.
      I hope that you will publish my problems in your newspaper and concerned authorities will take firm steps towards this.
