Subject :- Mismanagement of the local garbage.
Sir/Madam
Through the columns of your esteemed local daily, I would like to draw your attention towards the local garbage of our colony which is not managed properly.
This mismanagement has resulted in creating a lot of problems for the citizens of the colony especially spreading of diseases like flu, etc. Also, the foul smell is causing inconvenience.
The reasons for this mismanagement is mainly the lack of recycling centres in the city as well as less use of the biodegradable materials like paper bags, etc.
There are many solutions to this problem too such as giving incentives to the citizens of introducing 3Rs ( Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) into their lives.
Hope that the concerned authorities and the government take some necessary action before its too late. I would be grateful if you could publish my views on your esteemed local daily.
