Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards the issue of air pollution in Delhi.
We have been put in such a health hazard that people passing through the roads or streets areally bound to inhale the polluted air.
The smoke emitted out by the vehicles, power plants and factories bear a direct impact on our respiratory system. Tons of smoke coming out contain the particles of dust, carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide. It leads to cancer and many other serious diseases. If concrete steps are not initiated to check this spreading air pollution, people will fall a victim to one or the other health problem.
It is high time to initiate action and to save the lives of people in Delhi and make it a paradise on Earth.
