This letter is to highlight the problems of 10 Jagnti Enclave, Delhi. Off late in our locality there has been a rise in the numbers of stray cattle and dogs. They are animals and need special assistance from the authorities. These stray animals do not have a proper home. I have given a lot of request letters to the concerned authorities to provide them a proper shelter and take them to state sponsored animal homes but to no avail. With this letter, I hope the concerned authorities do take note and take immediate action.
