Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper daily, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities and common masses towards your reputed newspaper, I would like to air my views on the above subject.
The planet Earth is home to innumerable plants and animals. We should not be so selfish to cage them for sheer entertainment. Moreover, today, many animals are safer in cages, or so it seems. Poaching is highly rampant, and creatures in the wild live in danger of extinction instead of being an important link in the ecosystem. However, the place of these animals is in the forest, and not in urban concrete jungles. How would we as humans feel if we were locked up for our safety? Just imagine our mental condition while being quarantined.
People need to realize this truth, and the sooner they do so, the better it is.

Dear Sir,
Recently I visited the Vundalur Zoo with my grandchild and instead of having a wonderful day I was asked a very nice question by my grandson.
My grandson asked me what the animals had done wrong. I could not understand what he was asking me and told him to explain to me better so that I could answer him. My grandson again asked me what have the animals done wrong when they are put in jail in the zoo. Finally, I understood that the enclosures that are kept in the zoo resemble a jail for wild animals. When they have not done anything wrong and when God has made everyone born free why are the wild animals caged?
Please kindly print an article regarding this question as your newspaper is a national daily newspaper I would like to know the answer to this along with many others.
