Sir
Through the column of your esteemed newspaper , I wish to make the people aware of the growing need and demands of solar power.We all know that our mother Earth is shows signs of declining health.It is due to excessive pollution and excessive use of resources that is leading to this . Man has a desire to lead a luxurious life and for that he is overusing electricity.
To find a better solution we should switch over to use of solar energy like solar cookers, solar lantern, solar water heaters, solar panels to light up houses. These are available in the market and the government should provide them at subsidised rates so that more and more people switch over to this option .
I am sure that by using alternate energy we shall be able to cut down the pollution level and make Earth a better place to live in.
