I want to share a complaint through your esteemed newspaper about making fun of a student named divyanga who is phsically handicapped so that the people should get aware of this.divyanga a student who is physically handicapped is teased by his classmates regularly and I want to make them realize their insensitivity.divyanga though a physically handicapped student should and must be appreciated and venerated because of his efforts and enthusiasm.according to the indian constitution,each and everyone should be venerated.
you are requested to provide an appropriate space to my letter in your esteemed newspaper to make aware to the people of the above mentioned problem
