Sub - Benefits of laughter Yoga
Respected sir ,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily , I wish to put forward my views regarding the benfits and the use of "Laughter Yoga". I request you to give some space to my voice in your esteemed paper. Lately there are lots of people who are undergoing stress , depression , anxiety and many more Mental health related issues.
Just because of this we can see few of them taking sucidal attempts.The root cause of this is that they don't have proper mental health. It's sad but true that more and more of us are getting into this situation.
I strongly feel that this should be changed through the years. An easy and quick solution to the problem is that we can undergo the process of Laughter Yoga. How does this work?. It's simple. All we have to do is laugh and we will need few people to do this. We can call our family members to do so and tell them to do the same or We can go to "Laughter Yoga Club " Where u have lots of people laughing infront of you. Laugher Yoga Relaxes our mind. It reduces the amount of stress hormones being released. This would eventually make a person happy very soon.
I hope this letter of mine , through media the general public should be made aware of this.
