I would like to make a formal complaint about the poor service at the Postal Office at the corner of Flint and Garner. The poor service rendered at this Postal branch has been deplorable since July 2010. The service is very slow as there are usually only 2 officers to serve an average of 30 public a day. It is even worse when either staff insists on having lunch during the peak lunch hours. As this postal branch is very popular with the community, I would like to suggest more manpower to be allocated to this branch to serve the community. I have witnessed many patrons leaving the premise in frustration without completing their intended task. I shall await your prompt response to my complaint as I frequent this postal branch for my mailing needs

I m writing this letter to ask u for help. Can u pls publish an article in newspaper to help solve the drainage prblm in our area. I hv tried writing letter to the governer (I didn't get any other word u may use a different one) but it was of no use
We have got the drainage system repaired 5-6 times yet a new prblm arises each day . People in our locality are completely tired of getting it repaired every day.
