Sir,

Through this letter I wish to highlight the need for proper street lights in the locality of 26 Civil Lines, Dehradun.

Due to lack of maintenance, repair and replacement for several years, this locality has been deprived of street lights. As a result criminal and antisocial activities at night are on the raise. The locality urgently needs street lights for security and safety.

Therefore, I request the department of power to provide street lights to the locality as soon as possible.
