This is Socrates, Complaining about the menace of dogs in our area which has became a major issue. The menace of dogs has become Furious out of which many are affected. A few children playing have been badly bitten by them.Fear of Rabies is also becoming A concern.

I request you to plz Look towards this issue and publish a report on it so that people and our municipal commission gets awared of it.
