Of Assam have to bear the Natural Calamity of Flash floods.Hundreds of Human beings and animals loose their life because of the flood situation.

Even in other countries,there are floods ,tsunamis every year but they are ready always for natural calamities because of excellent drainage system and super disaster management techniques.We must also train our officials for these calamities so that there is safety and less destruction.
