Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I want to draw your attention to the authorities concerned with the problem of flash food and poor damage system in my locality.

Recently there was a destructive flood in my locality. And there was a loss of huge property. Many people died. Even now people are starving. They have no food to eat. When the rescued team came to give some food they checked everywhere and got to know something. If there would be a proper drainage system then the problem would not become more complex. More water would flow into the drain.

So, I will remain grateful if my article finds a place in some part of your newspaper to aware of the authorities about it.

Subject :- requesting you to draw the attention of the authorities towards the problems faced by the people due to poor drainage system .

Sir / Madam ,

We are residents of AT road are facing a lot of problems due to the poor drainage system . So in this letter we want to convey you the problems faced by our locality people so that you can drag the attention of the authorities .

Recently, due to the monsoon period it rained heavily here and due to poor drainage system we were affected with flash floods . Our whole property got vanished in that flood water . There is no one who came to help us in that pandemic situation. We were not supplied with food and clothes . Many people are losing their lives due to starvation and similarly, our houses also got fully destroyed .

So, after this pandemic situation we thought that the government can help us out but there is no response from the higher authorities . So that is why I am requesting you to please publish about our problem in some part of your newspaper so that the higher authorities shall give some response . Thanking you .
