Through the light of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to the problem of flash flood and poor drainage system in our locality. Our areas comes in the category of low-lying areas, therefore, it is subject of rapid flood. Rapid floods are natural phenomenon however the drainage system is not during the time of rain and flash flood, the area also floats in the sewage water. The main holes are blocked due to which all the sewage water usually overflow. The lack of a proper proper drainage system results in the spread of a number of water-borne diseases.

Therefore, I would request you to kindly survey the condition and then take some helping measures.
