Sir,

Through the column of your esteemed newspaper I wish to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the poor condition of stray animals in our locality.

A large number of stray animals keep roaming on the busy Patel Road all hours of the day. Many a lee time, they cause traffic jams as well as accidents. Some of these animals are cows and buffaloes that have gone dry. Their owners let them loose on the road without caring for the inconvenience caused to the road users. Besides, it gives a very ugly look to the whole area. The entire place remains littered with the excrement of these animals. All such stray animals should be impounded and sent to the Municipal pen. They should be returned only after their owners have paid a heavy penalty. Such requests have been made time and again to the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken so far. Hopefully, this letter will meet the eyes of our worthy officials, and steps will be taken to end this problem of stray animals.

Subject: Nuisance of stray cattle

Dear sir

Through your esteemed newspaper, I wish to raise my voice against the nuisance of stray cattle on the roads of our colony. A few years back, Malviya Nagar was a very quite place. People were proud of its clean surroundings. But later, people seem to have forgotten the value of peace.

A lot of noise pollution is distracting us whole day. Dogs can be seen barking whole night with donkeys braying and bulls fighting.

These are the examination days. The students can’t study due to this noise. I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and help us.
