Nowadays, My grandpa is suffering from Obesity. Obesity is really becomes a big problem for health. I know, you are doing your best to control over it. I want to suggest for some ayurvedic medicines which you can easily get from the forest or from other places. Obesity can be out from Good exercise, from taking proper balanced diet.

Obesity leads to laziness, so the best way to keep away from it is Proper exercise.

Everything is well - mentioned here. I hope you all are also well there. I made this letter because I know that you are the best guru for every health problem. I would like to tell you that my nanu has obesity problem. we tried in many hospital for this but didn't help.
I heard about you many times. so I write a letter to you.
It will be highly helpful for me and my nanu if you tell some measures to control it.
My nanu wants to come if your ashram but he was unable to come due to some problems.
Please tell me some measure to control it through the letter and also mentioned the things that nanu has to be prohibited in daily routine. If there is need to meet my nanu then it is also mentioned in the letter.
