Respected Sir,
It is hereby inform that I, xyz a resident of Birubari locality would like to draw your attention to the need of a playground in our locality. We have many small children as well school going children in our locality. Due to the absence of any playground the kids are seen playing on the road, which is dangerous.
The roads are very busy with public transport moving all the time. The children are forced to stay back home. Outdoor games is very necessary for children of all age. We do not have any nearby park or playground to play. Few days back two boys cycling on the road met with an accident as they were playing on the road. Thus it is my earnest request to kindly look into the matter & allot a playground for us. There are many empty plots that has no construction in them. We can even play there with the permission of the officials.
Thanking You Sir
yours faithfully

Subject: Poor Condition and Misuse of Public Park
Dear Sir
Through this letter, I wish to draw the attention of the authorities towards the poor maintenance of the public park in our colony.
The park is in a deplorable condition. There are heaps of garbage in the corners of the park. The track made for walking is badly broken up. The park is no longer grassy. Only traces of grass can be seen here and there. The swings for the children are again in bad condition.
Since the park is not lighted, immoral people come and sit there in the evening to enjoy a game of cards or for the purpose of teasing others. We feel uncomfortable in going to the park.
I hope the authorities will wake up after reading this letter and help in the maintenance of this park.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Shaan
Hope it helps...
