Subject : Increasing chain snatching incidents.
Sir Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to draw your kind attention towards the increase in chain snatching incidents in our city. Scores of such incidents are being reported everyday. Women are an easy prey for these out-laws. They threaten the women and decamp with their chains in broad daylight. Through this letter you are requested to take some strict measures against these anti-social elements. Round the clock, police patrolling will be welcomed by all the citizens. Once caught, these out-laws should be severely penalized.
