Subject: The issue of lopsided development

Sir:

I am writing this letter to express my deep concern over the problem of lopsided development in our country. Undoubtedly, our country is among the fastest growing economies in the world, yet there are many grey areas. There is no denying the fact that our country has seen phenomenal growth in terms of technology and science, yet basic needs like sanitation, hygiene, education, and health care still remain a distant dream.

Each countryman and woman has mobile phone, internet connection, vehicle and other gadgets; but yet basic amenities such sanitation, clean drinking water, hygiene, cleanliness, good education, and health care facilities are of very poor level in all parts of the country. There is no garbage treatment policy and system in any city, town, and village. This causes a huge squalor and pollution in the nation. Our country is one of the most polluted and dirties countries in the world.

What is the good of such a development and technological growth that can’t assure healthy life to people? Through the medium of your daily I appeal to the Government and people to look into the matter and take the needful measures to provide a clean, neat, and healthy life to people.

Kindly give my views enough space in your esteemed daily.

Yours truly,

Upen Srivastva

Dear sir,

This is to certify that I am writing on behalf of my entire community.

Sir as we all know science and technology have come a long way and made our life better in every way possible but how is that something as simple as basic health care still remains a worry?

Government hospitals are still not up to the mark and fake medicines have filled our markets. There is still the absence of women's toilet in many schools in the village areas, and there are people who play business with education.

Thanking You,

Virat
