Subject- Rising problem of chain snatching in our locality

Dear Sir,

Through the coloumn of esteemed newspaper, I would like to throw light on the heart throbbing issue of the chain snatching in our locality. I have been observing this problem since 2 - 3 weeks and consulted the local police about this incident but there is no satisfactory outcome. This incident created a fear among the people especially with the women wearing costly jewellery.  

                                 I would be grateful if you publish my views on your esteemed newspaper, and find a solution for this issue.
