To the Editor,

The telegraph,

Subject: problems faced during the virtual classes.

Sir,

Through the esteemed columns of your news, I would like to take out your attention to the problems faced by students during online or virtual classes.

During the Covid19 outbreak, all the schools were shut down to avoid the expanse of this deadly virus. The only way to help out student's academics was by taking virtual online classes. Unfortunately, these classes have more problems than being able to be a cure. India isn't a much-developed country in terms of the internet accessibility, and people of rural areas still don't have the access to a proper internet connection. Also, the online platform's management is not much helpful as it was needed to be, for now. Zóóm application, which was largely used to conduct online classes has faced many technical problems currently. Some applications put on too much unaffordable data usage which neither students can tolerate, nor teachers. Over these, extra disturbances by students end up ruining the concentration.

As an Educationist, I can say that online classes are troublesome and costly. We are dealing with a high time to educate students at home, where, online don't award us quality. At last, I would plead with you to please add my article to your news so that concerned authority take a look at it. Thank you!

Yours Truly

Sanjay Dutta,

an Educationist
