Subject - Frequent traffic jams on roads.
Madam,
I am Sneha, a resident of Hazratganj, Lucknow. The roads near my area are witnessing frequent traffic jams. A similar condition prevails for other main roads as well. The sole reason for these traffic jams is the poor conditions of roads.
The biggest sufferers are people in emergencies. Moreover, frequent reminders to municipal corporations go in vain.
I request you to bring this issue to the notice of government authorities through the newspaper, so that poor conditions of roads can be corrected.
Thank you,
Yours faithfully,
Seeta.

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring the poor state of the roads in our area to the attention of the relevant authorities through the columns of your renowned publication. Numerous potholes and the poor state of the roads render their intended use useless. Additionally, conditions deteriorate further during the rainy season, when the region becomes significantly more accident-prone and potholes are less evident owing to the inadequate drainage system. The state of the roads is causing a lot of hardship for the locals. On behalf of Mayur Vihar's inhabitants,
I respectfully want you to forward this information to the appropriate parties and to leverage the prestige of your prestigious company to get the job done. I'm hoping you'll take into account the locals' plea and act appropriately.
faithfully yours,
Patralekha mishti
