Sub :- A Letter to solve the problem of junk food
Dear Sir / Ma'am
Through the columns of ur daily esteemed I would like to draw ur attention towards the health hazard caused by junk food.
Since , after Independence our India has developed and is developing countinuolsly by the collaboration of young generation and old generation together. But the most barrier to this is obesity which is caused by the junk food.
The people now - a - days are found of junk food which isn't god for their health but they aren't aware of it.
To increase the awareness towards this we should take care of the things like the junk food which are being sold by the roadside are fresh. We should ensure that the food items which the children are consuming contains low amount of cholesterol. The maximum amount of cholesterol cause heart attack and same type of diseases which are seen in old people are now seen in the young generation.
