Sir/Madam

It is through the column of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw your attention to

the problems faced by teenagers which need to be highlighted through your newspaper.

Currently, due to the education system, the students are under a stress due to fierce

competition between the students when it comes to exams which leads to a lot of peer pressure.

This competitive environment is not only seen in academics but also in sports and co-curricular

activities leading to an unhealthy environment. In some cases, this has gone to the level of bullying

activities leading to violence.

In my opinion, by keeping counsellors and skill enhancement commitees, this problem can be

solved the school which will not involve parents. These counsellors need to be carefully trained so  that

they can understand the difficulties of the students. This will ensure a healthy competition.

I shall be thankful to you if this crucial issue is raised and published in your newspaper.
